We are looking for a student on a temporary part-time basis. You are studying computer science or in a comparable field.
EXPECT THESE TASKS
- Installation, setup and maintenance of internally developed software products for end customers (B2B)
- Configuration of accessories (especially hardware such as printers, scanners, signpads) and mobile apps
- Contact person for employees in case of technical problems
- Support in the maintenance of the server and network infrastructure
- Intensive collaboration with the development team
WE CAN LOOK FORWARD TO THAT
- Expertise in the administration of Microsoft Windows operating systems (both client and server)
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases, and knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) is a plus
- Knowledge of working with Windows domains and Group Policies (GPO) desirable
- Experience with remote maintenance, ticketing systems and help desk software is advantageous
- A quick grasp, good analytical skills and a solution-oriented working style
- A high degree of diligence, reliability and commitment with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
