One hundred percent recommendation rate speaks for CONZE
Which employers do software developers prefer to work for? FOCUS-Business and kununu asked themselves these and similar questions in their award for the best employers of medium-sized businesses in 2021. For the second time, CONZE Informatik GmbH received 4.4 stars out of a possible five. Equality, diversity, working environment and corporate culture are what the employees like best, so that they recommend their employer one hundred percent.
People are not just looking for a job, but for an environment that suits them - and that they fit in with. To get an honest picture of their future employer, job seekers therefore deliberately research the opinions of current and former employees. With this in mind, FOCUS-BUSINESS and kununu analyzed more than 950,000 medium-sized companies and over four million employee reviews.
The basic requirement for a company to be included in the analysis is an average rating of at least 3.5 stars and a recommendation rate of over 70%. With 4.4 stars and a 100% recommendation rate, CONZE Informatik GmbH achieved a place at the top of this scale for the second year.
Successful start to the year
"We can only inspire customers if we first inspire our employees," says Magnus Theile, CTO and authorized signatory of CONZE Informatik GmbH. "Employee motivation is a perpetual task of the management. One of the nice tasks, because appreciation comes back to you," says Dennis Conze, Managing Partner.
Employees at CONZE are particularly satisfied with diversity and equality (4.9), work environment (4.4), and corporate culture (4.4). In turn, management places great importance on its employees identifying with working in medical informatics for the benefit of people. Expressed appreciation of the developers' performance is a significant source of motivation and promotes their self-realization. Attractive office space, modern workplace equipment, flexitime account, unlimited employment contracts, free drinks, a fresh fruit buffet and much more round off the pleasant working environment. Various team events, joint visits to trade fairs, after-work events, company runs and celebrations should also become an integral part of everyday working life again after the pandemic.
"A good feeling even in difficult times"
Last year was challenging, but it shows that CONZE's management made the right decisions for the good of its employees. The new kununu coronavirus score scored CONZE almost the full maximum. Employees awarded 4.8 out of 5.0 points to the executive suite thanks to their straightforward, quick handling of the Corona situation. "The infrastructure is well prepared", "The move to the home office went smoothly", "Parents are supported by individual flexible solutions", praise the employees.
Roadmap for the future
CONZE's roadmap for the future is still focused on growth. In 2021, the innovative software company also wants to attract more programming talent. With locations in Lennestadt and Siegen, employees can choose where they want to be active.
