• For more than ten years CONZE has been developing and distributing the established visitor management software "vistrax", which offers organizing and welcoming visitors and deliverers in companies
• To reduce the workload of receptionists, the "vistrax Self Input App" was developed and introduced in 2022 with the launch of vistrax 3.0 as a further component for Apple iOS and Google Android available in the app stores
• The mobile app enables independent self-registration of visitors via tablet in exclusive kiosk mode
• Visitors are guided through a short data entry process and finally submit their personal data, including photo and digital signature, to the reception desk
