We are looking for a Financial Accounting and Human Resources Officer for commercial, organizational and administrative tasks in the administration on a part-time or full-time basis starting immediately. You will work closely with the management and the tax consultants. Your responsibilities will include, in particular, financial accounting, human resources and procurement.

EXPECT THESE TASKS

  • Preparation of monthly accounting documents for the tax office
  • Participation in payroll accounting in cooperation with the tax office
  • Execution of weekly payment and reminder cycles as well as reporting to management
  • Administration and handling of employment contracts, personnel files as well as vacation and flexitime accounts
  • Responsibility of occupational health and safety
  • Participation in answering the central telephone, management of applicants and planning of business trips

WE CAN LOOK FORWARD TO THAT

  • Education as office assistant, industrial assistant, tax consultant, accountant or academic studies
  • Strong organizational skills with relevant professional experience in the job offered
  • Independent, self-reliant and structured work with a high level of commitment and reliability
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Advantageous is experience in labor, wage and social security law, training as a security officer and/or knowledge of DATEV and/or knowledge of document management systems
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
