Blood pressure diary (DiGA)
CONZE implemented a digital health app for the medical use case of a "blood pressure diary" based on its own basic module (DASPA framework).
The app was created for mobile devices (iOS and Android) and has a responsive user interface.
The blood pressure diary can export weekly reports as PDF, which can be printed or sent by the user.
By answering a patient questionnaire, the app determines a risk level for hypertension.
In addition, the "My Topics" section recommends online articles to support patients in their daily lives with hypertension.
